Manchester's Stonemount Dental Surgery sold through Christie & Co
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has brokered the sale of Stonemount Dental Surgery in Higher Blackley, Manchester. The practice was sold to a local associate dentist looking for their first experience of practice ownership.
The business, which is prominently positioned on the main road through Higher Blackley, was an expense-sharing NHS dental practice with two experienced Principals looking to sell their NHS contracts. The sale generated 12 viewings from a range of purchasers and multiple offers were received at the closing date.
Jonathan Watson, Associate Director at Christie & Co’s Manchester office brokered the sale. He comments, “This practice sale attracted multiple offers from both first-time buyers and existing operators alike. Despite a potentially tricky sale with effectively two businesses being sold, we were able to deliver a successful result for the business owners.
