Marble Beerhouse in Manchester changes hands to experienced operator

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has completed on the sale of the Marble Beerhouse, Chorlton in Manchester on behalf of Marble Beers Ltd to The Beer House (Chorlton) Ltd.



An established and well known venue in Chorlton, a suburb of Manchester, the Marble Beerhouse, Chorlton occupies a distinctive, three-storey property in a prominent location within the popular area close to the city centre. With substantial trading capacity, the venue has space for up to 60 covers internally, plus additional seating to the rear and front of the property.

The wet-led business has built up a strong reputation for quality beers under operation by Marble Beers Ltd, which looked to sell the Marble Beerhouse, Chorlton as part of a change in portfolio as they look to modernise their production facility in line with the ever evolving British and world brewing scene. Marble Beers Ltd will be working with Alex Price of The Beer House (Chorlton) Ltd ensuring a seamless transition of operations, supported with a range of Marble Brewery core and specialty beers.

The leasehold interest of the Marble Beerhouse, Chorlton was sold off an asking price of £175,000.
