Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has completed on the sale of Milborne Port Pharmacy, a local community pharmacy situated in the traditional, rural village of Milborne Port in South Somerset near the Dorset border.
Occupying the ground floor of an end of terrace period property, the well established pharmacy maintains an enviable position on a main road and benefits from a loyal customer base. The business has been acquired by first time buyers, Mr Olawale and Mrs Oluwatoyin Lawal with funding secured through specialist commercial finance broker, Christie Finance.
