Oriel Lodge in Bath sold by Christie & Co
The Bristol office of specialist property adviser Christie & Co is delighted to announce the sale of Oriel Lodge, a residential care home in Bath.
Acting on behalf of Grove Care Limited, Oriel Lodge has been sold to Bilal Raja, acting through Oriel Lodge Limited, and associated with the Huskards Care Group. The Huskards Care Group operates other care homes in the West Midlands and Berkshire.
Oriel Lodge trades as a residential care home with 20 bedrooms arranged in an attractive stone constructed property located on the eastern fringes of Bath. The care home has a Good CQC rating.
