Peel hotels instructs Christie & Co to market additional hotels
Specialist business property advisor, Christie & Co has been instructed by Peel Hotels to market a further three properties from its portfolio. Located across the UK, the hotels include The Caledonian Hotel, Newcastle, The Midland Hotel, Bradford and The George Hotel, Wallingford.
The Caledonian Hotel is an imposing 89-bedroom hotel located one mile from Newcastle city centre in sought after Jesmond. This newly refurbished freehold property also features a bar and restaurant with an alfresco terrace, seven meeting rooms and conference facilities, and on-site parking.
The Midland Hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Bradford city centre, very close to Foster Square Station, in one of the city’s most famous buildings.
