Picturesque Mid Devon pub sold to first-time buyers
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has brokered the sale of Thelbridge Cross Inn in Thelbridge, Devon with funding secured through specialist commercial finance broker, Christie Finance.
Located in a hamlet just outside of Exeter, the former coaching inn has changed hands after being owned by Ria & Bill Ball for three decades. Believed to date back to the 1700s, the pub boasts eight en suite letting bedrooms, a generously sized restaurant and a function room for 200 people.
The business has been purchased by first-time pub buyers Babli and Dalip Sond who will be running the pub in partnership with their son who is a trained chef.
