Pitlochry’s Westlands welcomes new owners
Specialist property adviser Christie & Co is pleased to announce the sale of the Westlands Hotel, Pitlochry.
Westlands is a well-known hotel situated in the centre of Pitlochry, one of Scotland’s premier tourist destinations which is often seen as the gateway to the Highlands. The property is a short walk away from the busy town centre and is set in its own landscaped grounds.
The hotel features a traditional lounge bar, popular with locals and guests alike, a residents’ lounge and a restaurant/function room seating 80. There are 15 ensuite letting rooms and the hotel also has a detached owner’s house at the rear.
The Westlands Hotel’s previous owners, Robert and Johan Cowan, have decided that after 14 years running a busy hotel that it was time for them to retire and enjoy a well earned rest.

The Westlands Hotel has been sold to a private buyer for an undisclosed sum.
