Popular Holland Park pharmacy sold for the first time in over 30 years

Hillcrest Pharmacy is a standard hour pharmacy which dispenses an average of 4,851 items per month. It is ideally located in the affluent West London area of Holland Park.

The business was previously owned by Mrs Ila Patel who, after over 30 years of ownership, decided to sell to pursue a well-earned retirement. Within this time Mrs Patel had created one of the most impressive retail offerings within pharmacy.

Hillcrest Pharmacy has been purchased by a local independent operator. Speaking on behalf of the company, Director, Mr Shah, comments, “We are excited to purchase one of the most distinctive and exciting pharmacy businesses in the country, and we aim to build on the existing brand and make Hillcrest the foremost name in Pharmacy.”

Hillcrest Pharmacy was sold off an asking price of £1,700,000.
