Popular Lancashire nursery sold to Little Angels Childcare
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of New Rainbow House Kindergarten in Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire.
New Rainbow House Kindergarten is a ‘Good’ rated nursery setting with effective operating capacity for up to 66 children, aged babies to five years.
The nursery is situated in Thornton-Cleveleys, a densely populated borough on the Fylde Coast of Lancashire. Occupying a convenient, roadside position in an established residential area, the nursery attracts children from the immediate locality and major neighbouring towns, and is perfectly placed for parents dropping off and picking up children on their daily commute.
The business has been owned and operated by Mrs Jane Harrison since 2004, during which time it has established an excellent reputation within its local community. After an 18-year ownership, Mrs Harrison decided to sell to pursue a well-earned retirement.
Following a confidential sales process, the setting has been sold to Tony Takser, Director at Little Angels Childcare Nursery Limited, who has a group of four settings: three nurseries in Liverpool, one in Warrington.

New Rainbow House Kindergarten was sold for an undisclosed price.
