Portland Dental Practice in Birmingham sold to first-time buyer
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Portland Dental Practice in Birmingham.

Portland Dental Practice is a two-surgery, mixed income dental practice that has been treating both NHS and private patients in Edgbaston, Birmingham, for more than three decades. The business was previously owned by Dr Martin Segelov, who decided to sell as part of his retirement planning, and has now been purchased by first-time buyer, Dr Kian Dhinsa.
Dr Segelov comments, “After an enjoyable and professionally rewarding career of 30 plus years, I have decided to sell Portland Dental Practice to Dr Kian Dhinsa. All of the staff are looking forward to working with Kian and I would like to wish them well for the future.”
New owner, Dr Dhinsa, comments, “Portland Dental Practice is an attractive mixed practice in the heart of Birmingham city centre located in a charming building, and I am looking forward to building on decades of hard work by the outgoing owner and team by growing the practice further. There also are immediate plans to modernise the practice with state-of-the-art equipment and materials as well as doing a full refit.”

The sale was just about ready to conclude in April of last year, and then the pandemic struck, causing delays. Portland Dental Practice was sold for an undisclosed sum.
