Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has successfully sold Premier on Quay, a convenience store and off license in Exeter, to a private buyer.
Located in a busy commercial and residential area on the Exeter Quay, the store benefits from consistent passing trade, as well as high levels of seasonal tourism trade.
