Rutland village inn sold to first time buyer
The lease of The Coach House Inn in the Rutland village of South Luffenham has been sold through specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.
The pub, which also contains a restaurant and seven letting rooms, has been sold to Alec Stephens on a new 10 year lease. Alec has almost a decade of experience in the kitchen and as a manager in the trade and this is his first venture into pub ownership.
