New owners for Shipston-on-Stour’s only private dental practice
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Shipston Dental Practice in Warwickshire.
Shipston Dental Practice is a well-established private dental practice located in the Warwickshire town of Shipston-on-Stour. It has been owned by Dr Ian and Dr Carrie Preston since 1996, in which time they have grown the business into a leading private practice offering high-quality dental treatments to the local area.
Following a confidential sales process, it has been sold to Mr Jonathan Toh of Envisage Dental.
Dr Ian Preston comments, “We made the deliberate decision to sell Shipston Dental Practice at a point in our careers when we still had the energy and enthusiasm to fully support the transition process for our patients and staff as well as the new owners.
