New owners for large Denton day nursery
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Teddybears Day Nursery in Denton, Greater Manchester.
Established in 1999, Teddybears is a ‘Good’ rated, locally renowned childcare business which focuses on the Montessori approach and curriculum. It has the capacity for up to 102 children aged zero to five years, and boasts an experienced staff team.
The nursery operates from a two-storey detached property which has been converted and renovated to the highest standard. Comprising four individual playrooms, it is lovingly presented to create a 'home from home’ and a stimulating environment where children can progress and grow.
The setting was previously owned by Mrs Sofia Savrioni and was recently brought to market as she felt the time was right for her to exit the sector.
Following a confidential sale process with Christie & Co, it has been purchased by national operator, Kids Planet, which brings the group to 163 settings.

Teddybears Day Nursery was sold for an undisclosed price.
