The Cliffs Inn, a popular inn and restaurant overlooking Caernarfon Bay is on the market with specialist property adviser Christie + Co.

Occupying a superb elevated position close to the renowned holiday destinations of Pwllheli and Abersoch, the detached two storey building boasts uninterrupted views of the bay and is a popular venue amongst locals and tourists alike.

Housed within a substantially extended split-level building, the property has recently been developed to include three self-contained holiday apartments, plus owner’s accommodation. Externally, the addition of two outdoor patio areas and a large car park offering direct access to the beach further contribute to the building’s enviable position.

The ground floor of the building contains a lounge and public bar area, currently licensed until 2.00am, a dining conservatory and further dining restaurant, both of which serve breakfast from 9.30am and enjoy beautiful panoramic views.

Christie + Co is inviting offers by way of a new lease for this free of tie venue, although a sale of the freehold would also be considered at a guide price of £750,000.

Keith Stringer of Christie + Co’s Manchester office who is handling the sale comments: “Always a popular holiday venue, the Llyn Peninsular has seen a resurgence in recent years and the tenant’s decision to retire provides a tremendous opportunity to operate a business in a delightful scenic location.”
