Situated in the hamlet of Loggerheads in rural North Wales and surrounded by beautiful countryside, the pub is popular with walkers and cyclists as well as locals and also those visiting the surrounding areas of Ruthin and Mold.

Originally a coaching inn dating back to the 17th century, We Three Loggerheads has been restored to provide an eclectic mix of old and new characteristics.  In addition to a traditional lounge bar area at the front of the building, there is a beautiful vaulted restaurant to the rear of the premises which offers Sunday lunches, bar and restaurant meals along with various themed dinners throughout the year.

The owner’s accommodation is situated on the first floor and in addition to this living space, the current owners have recently created two en suite bed and breakfast rooms which can be accessed separately.  They also currently offer a continental breakfast hamper for guests staying with them.

Externally, there is a good sized paved beer terrace and patio area plus private parking for up to 21 vehicles.

The business has been successfully operated by the current owners for eight years and following the refurbishments, is now regarded as one of the area’s premier hostelries.

Keith Stringer, Associate Director at Christie & Co’s Manchester office, is handling the sale.  He comments: “The current owners have developed a highly regarded and profitable business within an area of outstanding natural beauty. It will make a superb acquisition for an independent multiple operator or a private buyer.”

We Three Loggerheads is available freehold at a price of £695,000.
