Good rated Margate care home sold to local business owners
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Treetops Residential Home in Margate, Kent.
Treetops is a 21-bedroom, double-fronted care home with a ‘Good’ CQC rating and a strong local reputation. It sits in a predominantly residential area close to local amenities in the popular seaside town of Margate.
The home was previously owned by Indi and Navpreet Toot and, following a confidential sales process with Christie & Co, has been purchased by Denver and Misha Rajaratnam who also own Wychdene Care Home in Broadstairs.

Treetops Residential Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
