Tudorville Express & Post Office sold to experienced retailer
Specialist business property advisor, Christie & Co has completed on the sale of Tudorville Express & Post Office, a freehold convenience store with a large three-bed owner's flat located in the market town of Ross-on-Wye, with funding for the sale secured through Christie & Co’s sister company, Christie Finance.
Tudorville Express is situated on the Tudorville estate to the south of the town centre, along the B4234 – the main route south from Ross-on-Wye to the Forest of Dean and enjoys a steady mix of passing trade and local custom. With no immediate competition and ample parking, the well-established business was viewed as an ideal opportunity for a range of prospective buyers when it came to the market.
