- Christie & Co brokered the off market sale Impact Healthcare REIT for £47.5m
Project Spruce
- Sale of the freehold investment interest of the BMI hospital in Darlington
- Instructed on behalf of Legal & General to run a discrete off market process
- Sold in August 2020 following a highly competitive process to NYSE listed Medical Properties Trust for £29.4m

- Sale of a group of prime care home investments let to Care UK Community Partnerships Ltd on behalf of Legal & General
- Sale instruction followed a long standing performance monitoring mandate for Legal & General
- Christie & Co sold the group to SCPI Pierval Sante, a French real estate investor entering the UK market
